This from Percy: Could someone please tell me the various symptoms of the Herxheimer Reaction, which Mark mentions? I may be having this reaction -- two days ago I felt a strange pain in my lower abdomen, and suspected that I needed to drink more water to remove toxins -- so I have doubled up on my water intake.
