Dear Scott,

        I think that you can get your lab testing done for a decent cost 
at Bruce Marx's page (I know it is the same person that produces the $600 
AC machine and you did not enjoy his commercialism) but he does provide 
for $100 the testing of ppm for four 1-2 oz. samples ($25 each) and the 
same goes for particle size testing.  Also, for each sample above a 
total of four samples, the cost is $20 each.
        Also, I am trying the householod current experiment.  Even with 
heating for one mintue and then running for 75 minutes I get a weak 
Faraday-Tyndall effect.  This has to be repeated over and over until a 
definite tecnique can be found which won't unless, like I think Mike 
said, we attach a voltage and current regulator.  
        I think I will also experiment with that adaptor you talked 
about, and the good old 4 9 volts again.
        All we can do is speculate because only God has all the answers.
