Good to hear that you have the victory again! There was some discussion on the subject of established recommended daily amounts of silver in the diet (normally required by the body). There is an RDA from what I recall. The nature of our soil, and the diets we are all prone to adopt, would seem to indicate that regular supplementation would be a good idea. Even if one is not fighting a specific illness. I notice a tremendous difference when taking colloidal minerals, for instance, as opposed to when not taking them. Many say the same thing. Bob Beck swares he has drunk 1/2 gallon of CS each day for the last two years or so. It is a very low ppm concentration, but none the less, a hearty maintenance dose. If CS is made properly, there is really no reason to not take it each day. It is harmless, in this fashion, and offers only positive benefits, from my perspective (in moderate amounts). It can knock off the intestinal flora if taken in too concentrated a dose, or in excessive amounts. This is nothing to be afraid of, it is not fatal, or even all that in convenient and can be built back up. If one does destroy the friendly bacteria in the digestive tract, it is a good idea to begin a juice fast immediately. The juices will be largely absorbed before even getting to the colon and they are very easily digested. A juice fast is a wonderful health builder as a rule, in any case. Have had a lot of fun with the "lamp-cord-generator" and the CS really tastes great. A nice Farraday-Tyndal effect too. Still taking samples to send for tests. I have had the opportunity to share CS technolgy with other churches in our area and many are starting to make their own silver now. Next will be making and using herbal products for their families and communities. Nice folks! We all need to have these things available for the sake of the little ones, if for no other reason.
