Absolutely and maybe without iron if possible. Actually, I have a Dr that Jack should email, he is into all different health alternatives, not stuck in modern medicine mode. Jack, email me and I will send it to you. He recommends a couple mineral supplements, and I lost the page(typical me, with neuro problems, bear with me<G>) so I will email him again, my local health food store did not have either so I was going to contact him again, I understand there can be quite a difference in mineral supplements.
