Hi: I have a commercial 10,000 volt AC System, with built in constants, that consistently produces particles .001 - .007 , therefore the CS is colorless but does display a Tyndal effect. It is completely within the bioavailable range. About 1/10 of 1% of the particles do not charge and settle out in the first few hours. The remaining CS is stable for several months or more. There is some ionization from arcing but it is minimal (in that the particles do not dissolve but stay colloidal) as during the batch time, a cone is present at both arc bars continually. Because of the particle size a CS weight of 10-12 ppm is a very effective and potent one. I find that 1-3 ounces orally per day for maintenance is ok for me but some people I supply report that 1-3 teaspoons per day is just as effective. As an explanation, I have heard it said that past a certain point, more is not necessarily better or more effective. However, old ways die hard and I do triple up when I feel ill. I use a nebulizer 1-3 times per dayfor five minutes if I detect a cough or chest infection. My wife uses 2-3 ounces of 10-12 ppm vaginally 2-3 days in a row and it completely clears up periodic candidiasis and all the symptoms. It is my understanding that some systems produce a larger particle size. It would seem that a larger dose or greater weight would be required for larger particle sizes. Also past a certain size, the safety of nebulization would be questionable as particles too large to be bioavailable (> .015) may collect in the lungs.
