Everyone, the following is a message I received from a friend of Joost
(jovo/Joseph) Vossen:

I have very bad news.
Joost Vossen passed away in the afternoon of September 29 in Hongkong
(GMT +8). It happened in the ambulance that had come to get him from the
office as he had gotten seriously ill in the course off the day. He will
be buried in The Netherlands. The ceremony will take place next week.
His brother, also living in Hongkong, his children and other family are
now in The Netherlands to take care of him.
Your condolences and enquiries are welcome at my email. I will pass them
on to Joost's brother Roel. He thinks Joost would appreciate very much
a
continuation of his ('OUR' as Joost said emphatically in one of his last
posts) website, and so do I. We'll work things out after the ceremony.
Joost was fatally struck by a heart standstill.
May he rest in peace ...
