Hello, Bob Lee. Thanks, I am so electronically challenged that I have printed out your repost and am studying it scratching my head... couple more questions I hope you will feel like answering:
(1) You understand the physics: yellow or not, is the substance suspended in the water pure silver, not silver oxide or silver nitrate or anything else? (2) In my system, the yellow color appears *while* the power is *on*. (Tho it does seem to intensify or darken after I turn it off.) So the darkening would be the floculation effect? Am I correct in getting the impression that the more floculation there is, the larger the particles and the *less* effective the CS, so the effectiveness of the CS is NOT positively correlated with the intensity of its amber color? (3) So what would the most effective type of CS look like? You would have to have a lab analyze its ppm, right? Whitney -- The silver-list is a moderated forum for discussion of colloidal silver.
