Water and potassium is a real good idea. I also take hot baths and sweat alot. Sweating is another way the body gets rid of trash. My herx reactions allways include a feavor be it low grade or whatever and they allways feal like I have the flu. >What is the Herxheimer Reaction? Build up of toxins in the blood like dead bacteria.
