I'm using Netscape Communicator 4.06 standard edition and a local ISP; no duplicate messages, everything working fine.
BTW, I set up my mail filter as suggested by another lister, but had problems until I created my new SILVER LIST mail directory as a subdirectory *in* my INBOX directory. Now everything is A Okay.
