Hi All, I've been content to sit in my lurker's corner, practically since the inception of this list---just learning! But yesterday----------I noticed a "funny" spot on my arm; circular, red, with a center that looks like a tiny bite. Does this sound like the "bull's eye rash" to you experienced 'lymer's'? I have deer on my property, a dog, and I've spent the last few days clearing out overgrown brush and vines.
I called the Dr this morning and am heading there this aft for a dx. Optimistically I'm believing that it's just a bite from some insect species---very itchy, but not like any mosquito bite I've ever had. But, my burning question here, knowing what you all know now-----would you skip the abx and just use CS? If anybody sees this post in the next 3 hrs (it's almost 11 AM est), I'd love to get your thoughts before I see the doc.
