John,
        Everything you are doing seems to be going in the right directions. 
But I would like to suggest some other items you might like to try 
and that might help you.
        1st, I would suggest you do coffee enemas in the mornings and maybe 
a regular enema at night.
        Also, to support your liver I would suggest you take milk thistle as 
it will help you rebuild the liver. Also, you might want to add a 
good enzyme to your meals and between meals.
        There are other things you could do, but I think that would be where 
I would start if it were me.
