Dear Peter, Was grieved to hear of your condition. I have Hep. C and am also may be in "the beginning of the end". I have heard that venom therapy works VERY well for MS sufferers. Have you considered it, or tried it? In case you don't know what that is, it refers to bee venom. You get stung in several places, and for some reason the venom is healing. They ice it first to deaden the pain, but I'm sure it still hurts. If you did a search for bee venom therapy, I'm sure you would find some info. Find a doctor who does it, (I know of one in Missouri), and if he's worth his salt he'll teach you to do it yourself; where, how often, etc. Hope this helps.
