Here here !!!
And yes it is true, you have to dig hard to get the real truth about
distilled water.
An excellent book is "The Choice Is Clear " by Dr Banik .

Hi Mike,
I see your point in this post, and you might be right under the
right conditions, but under those conditions, you're not going to be
healthy anyway.
Usually the distilled water will only leech out minerals which the
body can't use. One reason you get arthritis, or bone spurs is
because your body has excess calcium which it can't get out of the
body, so it stores it in the body in the joints, kidneys or gall
bladder/liver (stones).
The distilled water will help the body to get rid of these excess
minerals. Of course, we have to be either lacking in the minerals or
take minerals the body can't use to have this problem.
So I am in agreement of using mineral supplements, and it's OK to
use it in water if the body can use it. But a large amount of
distilled water is needed to flush the body.
I hope this explains some things, and does not cause confusion. It
took me over two years of studying water to learn that you should be
drinking distilled water most of the time. So, I don't expect anyone
to learn it all in one day, but if you study places besides sites
which have products to sell, you will find that distilled water is
the best water to drink. So don't take any of our words for it, dig
in and read, read, read! You will find your answer one of these days,
and then you will know!
Take care!
