Listers, Hello. I have received some forwards from good people asking a lot about the units we utilize in the 3rd world areas we serve. We simply dont have the ability to do things like is done on the mainland and we have to become very creative. The use of solar panels, wind generators, water mills and batteries is the mainstay of the CS work we do.
In one village we are attempting to help stop a major water problem which has killed several children and several older folks. We simply utilize 2-12 Marine Batteries and 1-6 volt marine battery and a 6 foot electrode on each wire in a 5 gallon bucket of distilled water. Some days they make two buckets others just one per day. It is then poured directly into the well. They also pour it directly into the open ditch sewer systems they have. The animals are given it as well as it just poured into their pens. The disentary which has caused so much trouble has been arrested and is seemingly undercontrol. With the cheapie Microscope they have, they have seen a lot of living things in the water simply go away. Ifn anyone one wants to write I figured I would just drop in and offer up me address and let ya know some of the things we are doing with CS. Ya can always get to me as the systems here are still being repaired from the Super Typhoon Paka.....but eh I will get back to ya ifn ya write.
