This is a document from the British Columbia Ministry of Environment, 
Lands and Parks, concerning Ambient Water Quality Criteria for 
Silver:

If you read this article with a cool head, you'll recognise the
discussion of argyria is totally irrelevant to the subject at hand.
They seem to include it just for the sake of thoroughness. And of
course they don't mention the actual amounts of silver needed to
produce argyria.
