I use a little copper for a hip problem that maybe is arthritic. Never
had it
checked for sure. Seems to help a lot. If I run out or don't take it for
awhile
it comes back. Think I'll try the newest CURE, Glucosamine and
Chondroitin.

They go out of their way on aluminium because all the experts say it is
highly toxic and should be avoided it all costs. Most foods have it and
in
substanstial amounts. Theory is that if it comes from the process of
plant assimulation, it is no longer metalic and is beneficial. It is
hard
to find a food without aluminium in it since it is the most abuntant
metalic
element on earth. It seems even the experts have a hard time
understanding
between a metallic mineral and one that is plant assimulated. One thing
for
sure, even the experts are eating aluminium everyday, wheather they know
it
or not.

TRC is The Rockland Corp. T.J. Clark Co. sold a large portion of their
land that contains the plant mineral source to Rockland in the early
80's.
Same source, different competitors.
