I received a "duplicate" e-mail from a member of another list, because he
did not receive it and sent it again.  I did not receive it either, and it
turned out that it had some very important information. 

I suggest that the silver-list also send all e-mail back to the person who
writes it, so he can detect missing mail and resend it.  As it is now, the
originator of the e-mail does not get a copy back, so there's no way to
see if the mail went through.
