Rainer, Thanks for the info. Do you know the ppm of the CS you are taking? I am at a higher dose than you. I take the CS about 3 times a day and about 2oz at a time. I intend to increase until all syptoms are gone. Candace has a remarkable story along with Marsha. They no longer have any symptoms left, Marsha has been off of Cs for lyme for about a year now and Candace I think it has been about 3 or 4 months. I think the main thing is to increase. I just did another increase and I think I feel a herx coming on. The symptoms are flaring and I am feeling a bit more pain. I guess we have to take the good with the bad. Myabe one day soon we will all be able to say we are lyme free. Donna Earnest
