The best article I've found on the web about CS is the PA Lindemann posting which is 6 solid A4 pages long (after its been cleaned up from the web download. Keep in mind he is also selling CS gadgets. Anyway, if you do a search about CS linked to his name, the article will come up. There are other lsit members who know his web site.
I drink CS every day. I sip it constantly in a dilute form from a water bottle that I carry with me almost at all times, and have been now for almost 12 months. Can't wait to get hold of a PPM meter that the Rife list is now evaluating. My newest use of CS is that I soak my hair at least twice a day with about 20ppm in an endeavour to control my hair loss as I've read that baldness is often due to a fungess of the scalp. I have a reverse osmosis water system under my sink at home in the kitchen and the water is very clear/clean thru the 5 filters, but its taste is too acidic for me. So guess what? I now add a squirt (from an eye dropper) of CS to any glass of water I drink at home. Less than one ml changes the taste for me. This small amount of silver although this one ml is I guess, about 40 ppm, the strength I make with my Beck gadget. It really changes the taste of the water. I only use distilled water with my Beck gadget - the reverse osmosis water is not pure enough for making really good CS that becomes yellow after filtering the silver oxides out. I don't mind using myself as a guinea pigglet and I actively look for ways to use CS any in new ways. I am certain that my teeth and gums have benefited from the very frequent sipping and rinsing the mouth before swallowing the water containing CS. I believe that the trick is to make CS intake in moderate amounts an every day occurrence, keep it up to the body and again don't overdo it. In other words - in moderation. I guess I drink 600ml, about a pint per day - in a 5/10ppm concentration. Love the posting about the spray onto the cut apples to prevent them discolouring. Iv'e decided to use a spray bottle now instead of the eyedropper in the kitchen. Douglas H, Sydney, Oz -- The silver-list is a moderated forum for discussion of colloidal silver.
