Hey Dan...
I'd love to check out Art Bell's news group; just got his book, "The
Quickening," and it's pretty interesting stuff. No doubt his viewpoints are
going to attract pirranha who only want to attack the kinds of open-minded
thoughts he helps to generate.
I also want to check out this news group that Marsha has pointed me to,
misc.survivalist I think it is, where resides the pinhead who's been crapping
on her and CS.
But for the record, I have not the slightest idea how to get to these, or
any, news groups. I'm a technological moron who barely knows how to turn on
his computer and get to AOL (the online service that's easiest for dim-bulb
idiots like myself, of course); for that matter, I don't even know how I
managed to get on this here Silver List -- it happened during a manic phase
late last spring (the depressive phase of manic-depression is often spend
wondering "what the HELL did I do when I was manic?" Fun fun fun!!).
In any case, if you or anyone could give me a quick primer on how to get
to news groups, it would be very much appreciated.

P.S. I wonder if anyone has brought up colloidal silver with Art Bell? One
very glaring missing chapter in his book is a discussion of medicine --
mainstream AND alternative, not that HEALTH CARE is an important issue, of
course....
