Hi George and silver list, I would be interested in your regimen for taking CS for chronic bronchitis, since I also suffer from that problem. How many teaspoons per day, e.g. FYI, I have tried using CS mixed into the distilled water I use when I am using our ultrasonic (cool) humidifier. But I could not keep my head in the "cloud" because I would cough my head off (then I'd have to pick it up off the floor and start over <g>). I, too, would like to know if anybody else has tried either the steam or ultrasonic humidifiers to get CS into the lungs. All the best, Tom Miller [email protected]
