Dear Deb, CS will kill some parasites, at the tiny stage of their development. Do you mean animal parasites, or people ones? As to IBS, mine is now almost all gone. It took about a year on CS for that particular problem to resolve, I guess because CS doesn`t go directly into the colon. It is absorbed before that. Maybe a high colonic with CS would do the trick. Let us know what happens, if you try it. Marsha
