I do filter out the black oxide like residue that dirties the > colour - that builds up on the silver electrodes. I use coffee > dripolater paper filters and the result is a good yellow colour > after about 45 minutes.

Some time ago on the Rife or Silver list someone warned against buying certain coffee filters due to a chemical in them. Does anyone know what brand of filter is "clean" and which brands to stay away from and what the chemical is?
