Hi Everyone...I'm back! I've continued to take 1T twice a day of WaterOz silver.
Monday I drove to a hotsprings resort in the mountains, about a two hour drive...a trip I'd been planning for some time but didn't know if I could make. I usually have a hard time not falling asleep when I drive, but I did fine both coming and going on this trip. (However, I DID get a speeding ticket...picked up by radar entering a little town...wonder if I could explain to the judge that I was *on silver* and wasn't used to being so ALERT...<<<<grin>>>>) But...the best part of the trip was probably the traveling. Once there, although I was physically just barely well enough to walk around, etc, I was emotionally a basket case. Now, this is a place I really like to go to and usually find most relaxing, but this time I seemed to be constantly either on the verge of an anxiety attack or depressed. Please someone tell me it's die-off, because if it's not I really am BONKERS.... Nights are especially bad right now. Anxious, fall asleep, wake up, fall asleep, nightmares... Melatonin does not help. Is this detox I hope I hope? Much pain, but met someone who did pressure point therapy on me, and then a woman who is a specialist in fibromyalgia who did some work on my back and gave me exercises. My neck and back just in spasms. That and soaking and yoga helped my muscles relax which did help the anxiety...I'm not sure my brain was getting much blood supply. Also met someone who told me that silver messes up the electrical paths in the body. Made me nervous... But everything has its detractors. I don't think the pantethine and molybdenum are helping with Herx, but I could try to raise the dose. Next move is trying the MSM to increase absorption. Seems to me that constant stretching of muscles and lots of water are essential. Maybe I should take 4 1/2T doses instead of 2T?
