Liz,

Thanks! The pint size of pedialyte has 24 grams of dextrose. I do very
badly on sugar. I don't use it or any processed foods...(except an
occasional health food type soda). I do use a little honey on occasion. I
have to be careful with any processed carbohydrates. I don't know if this
is because of yeast, or some other problem in my ability to process sugar.
But this is one "rule" I generally never violate.

The health food store has an electrolyte drink with (organic) grapejuice
for potassium and sea salt for sodium. If it's that easy all I have to do
is put some salt in juice... But I wonder if the pedialyte has some
"magical" balance of ingredients. I wonder if I took just a little of it, a
few T or so, and mixed in my silver and some msm... I wonder if that would
just...whoosh...right into my cells....

I wonder....
