Hi Vilik. Yes I do gfse and gfse with artemesia so it is the 2 caps 3x daily for 4 days for one week. Off for 3 days or fri satt and sunday.Then the other week starting on mon do olive leaf East Parks 38% active ongredient- 3 caps 3x a dat for those for days then off on fri sat sun again. Then next week or mon do gfse and gfse caps plus for 4 days. i jusy recently started on the 3 days off using symbiotica new life colostrum 450 mgs caps 3x daily. I also do 8 grams msm daily. That is all I do and I am getting well. Good luck.
