Hi oh, Silver away! (ooops, sorry) <grin>
Ok. I think I may have had a herx, or die off reaction over the weekend. I backed off on the silver, and now feel a little better. Question is, how long does a herx usually last? I started feeling HORRIBLE Sunday night, couldn't get warm, felt like I was getting the flu, and boy did my joints ache. Monday, I had trouble typing anything properly (typed things backwards etc) couldn't talk straight, etc, Tuesday, all the aches were gone, (that was the day I felt like superman) but Wednesday, I could hardly walk, bad earache, my whole face hurt, etc. I quit taking the silver Tuesday night, and have just started again this morning, as I woke up ache free, etc. my question is, HOW do I find a balance. I'm afraid if I keep starting and stoppin I'll never get rid of the little "chetes" but I have big problems functioning during a die off! Is there a way you can "limit" the die off? Thanks oh silver gurus. . . . . . . Sparrow -- The silver-list is a moderated forum for discussion of colloidal silver.
