For lymes I would recommend taking 2 oz, twice a day of 5 PPM. Of course you should work up to it if herxes is a problem. I would also recommend ozonated water, zapping and magnetic pulsing, since CS will not destroy anything that has crossed the blood brain barrier, and appears to less than satisfactory for anything in the lympth system as well. With the four of them you should be able to recover quite quickly and fully.

They also sell a blood electrification unit, but I use the zapper that Helga Clark gives in her book "A Cure for all diseases" personally.
