Hi Marshall, What is "sick? Maybe it is a detoxification. In Chinese medicine garlic is a disperser, if memory serves me (which is often does not <grin>). Which is why those in meditation, who were trying to still themselves, where not to use it. It contains sulfur, and is antibacterial and antifungal, all of which can start a detox reaction.
