I have heard that the rock dust feeds the soil microorganisms which feed
the plants. Some say that the dus--- formed by glacier grinding---is at
the root (unintended pun) of the long term vegetation growth cycles of the
earth.

Rock dust is very interesting stuff.......
We are getting back to where we are asking can a human
absorb non-organically bound minerals?Colloidal?

The best way to organically bind it is by fertilizing your garden with it.

My gut feeling is that you can and if the product has a very
good balance of trace and other minerals it can help.

Absorption rate is low so you <shit> out good stuff
but rock dust is dirt cheap. Can get it from a gravel company
that is making gravel from a granite rock.
