Hi Gang, I am new to the list and in fact I have never been on any list before, so I don't know quite what to expect. :) I operate a number of nonprofit message boards with topics that range from self sufficiency & preparedness, Second Amendment issues, to conspiracies. Right now my main focus is on my preparedness board which btw has links to all of my other boards on it.

Here it is... How do you make CS from distilled water using silver wire and electricity? I need someone to explain the whole set up and process to me. Either that, or someone could just make a post on my preparedness board if this is an old topic. So, how do you make CS? How do you test it's potency? How do you store it?
