How much of the WaterOz are you taking at this time? I am taking 1/4 cup
4 times a day and seemed to be doing pretty good except for the diahrrea I
seem to have. I had been taking the homemade stuff before and had acquired a
horrible cold with lots of congestion in my lungs. I coughed almost
constantly. After starting the WaterOz within 24 hours my cough was a lot
better and just continues getting better. The only thing I have seen that
even resembles a herx is the diahrrea at this point. Feeling fine here with
no aches or pains. I just started WaterOz last Sunday so maybe next week I
will have more info on it and how I am doing.
