Tami, I just took a look at the CS PRO web site. I see they have added a couple of new machines. While having more machines to choose from is a good thing, it does complicate a purchase decision. I went through this decision making process about a year ago so I know exactly what you are going through. I had decided to get one of the CS PRO HVAC units and had narrowed my choice to either their Ultra or the Ultra Professional. I asked Bruce Marx if I was correct is assuming the Ultra could be considered a "standard" unit and the Ultra Pro the "heavy duty" or "industrial" version. He allowed that would be a fair characterization. I opted to purchase the Ultra Pro as I intend to use it for many years and thought it might be the more reliable unit. The Ultra might well have been sufficient for my use but I have no regrets in having purchased the more expensive unit. I know nothing about the newer models so can make no comment on them. Why don't you telephone Bruce Marx at CS PRO and tell him how you intend to use CS and give him some idea of the quantities you expect to make. Bruce has always answered my questions honestly and in full. I'm certain he can make a recommendation suitable to your needs.
