Rick, GSE is suppose to be great. But.....for those that do try it just be careful of one side effect. When I was using it I had such a reaction causing brain fog.....commonly known here as brain frog......it was terrible. I couldn't think straight. As soon as I stopped it, it was gone. I started again just to make sure and it came right back. This is how it effected me. I know some people that love that. So just be careful and don't be alarmed if you suddenly feel frogged.....I mean fogged in. Donna
