I have seen hours trails almost every day since Feb when they started
spraying. In fact I was at a meeting last night when we got to discussing
them, and everyone there (about 10 people) had seen hours trails many times
over the last few months. Either you are in an area where they are not
spraying, never look up, or have never asked anyone about them. It is very
unusual for us to run into anyone around here who hasn't noticed them.

Look it up yourself. When it is 90 degree outside, it will not be near
freezing at 8,000 feet! Not even close. You have to get up to 30,000 or so
for that. You are arguing on the wrong side of the fence. That it must be
near freezing for contrails to form is the basis for one of the arguments
that these cannot be condensation trails. That is one of the proofs that
these are not water vapor.

I have seen this many times myself. I suspect that he simply is simply
observant and you are not. I have watched the waterfall effect many times
over the last 4 months, and have watched the stuff make it all the way to
the ground. I have never seen anything like this before this year. I have
found that I best get inside before it hits or it will burn the heck out of
my eyes and skin and give me horrible congestion if I wait until it reaches
ground level.

Also if you watch the aircraft they will first put down a big X over the
city, then they will go back and forth over the city in a tic tac toe
fashion, until the sky is full of the chemicals. If you watch them they
will often turn the spray off when they are ready to turn around for the
next run, then turn it back on when they enter the patter again. I have
watched them do this for hours on end. If they were normal contrails then
that would imply that the air over the city is colder than over the
countryside, not very likely.
