Hey Group:

just saw the questions and post on Nizoral . . . having done extensive 
research on both of these drugs - thought I would pass my two cents on; if a 
person has severe candida and especially an accompanying ailment like CFS - 
Nystatin is in order to get the condition under control - yes it can cause 
liver damage - there are things you can do to counteract that - I took 
Nystatin for 3 + years - had the liver function studies done every 3 months 
(required by MDs) and have never had any problems (residual or otherwise).

As a matter of fact I am trying to convince my doctor to put me back on it as 
it will put my systemic yeast and probably my severe anxiety to rest too.

BUT you must be going to a very good  environmental MD usually who really 
understands that diet AND nystatin go hand in hand.

And BTW Nystatin has less side effects and is more effective than Nizoral.
