Ok Guys,
Tell me again about this mental herx you're talking about. I've been
doing the WaterOz silver for 5 days now, and just realized how depressed I'm
becoming. Also troubles concentrating and remembering things. I've got the
joint pain on and off, a little tired too...I expected that. I didn't
notice how anxious I was until I found myself taking a tranquilizer this
afternoon. I only ever take one to help keep me in REM sleep. Lyme left me
unable to maintain REM, Atavan gets me there and keeps me there for a few
hrs. Is this anxiety normal?
