Please, don't let me scare you off or discourage you with techie talk,
but I have a theory based upon what I've lurked here on the list.
Stopping your CS manufacturing process at 4.5 ma may very well be
giving you large particles mixed with the smaller.
My theory is that the large ones do not get readily absorbed into the
bloodstream, but pass thru to the gut where they are getting rid of
the microbes, etc there. This of course is still a good thing, and
will probably be self limiting, but explains why some get diarrhea
die-off and some do not.
If you made a new batch, stopping the process at,say, 2ma, there may
not be any diarrhea.
