Hi group,
I am 64, male. After a 1-hour walk I do not usually feel well(weak&tired). Today I checked my BP immediately after walk - it was 130/80. I went to bed and 15 minutes later in bed it was 100/65. Measured immediately after rise it was 110/90. I am worried because lately more often than not my diastolic pressure is 90 and I feel slight weight around heart. Can someone more knowledgable interpret these test results for me and possibly recommend something (in addition to going to my doctor) ?
