Katarina, If your solution ranges from clear to yellow or gold and is not cloudy (has no turbidity) then it is within what is generally regarded as the acceptable size range. Clear having the smallest particles. Old distilled water, poor quality water, electrode contamination (oils detergents sweat etc.), container contamination and so on can all lead to a bad batch.
You can make a higher concentration by running longer, but you are constrained by the fact that the silver pulser is not current limited (I think) and as the concentration of silver ions in the water increases so the current increases. When you run at a high current you are likely to produce a dirty solution (cloudy, turbid) which indicates large particle size. You need to do some test batches, running for different times. Try stirring every 5 or 10 minutes, try heating the water until just boiling. Buy a laser pointer to satisfy yourself that you are indeed producing CS even when the water is clear, and it will also give you an approx. of concentration. Also be aware that the CS undergoes changes for 1 or 2 days after the power is withdrawn. Keep at it with the sinus spraying, sniff it right up until it hurts under the eyes, or even hang upside down and sniff a dropper or two, its worth it in the long run.
