I have had parts of this document for years. Don't think I had the
complete document until now.
It is 14 pages in web page format and a bit of trouble to read and
manage. Some web browsers have problems with text size limits while
others do not.
Nevertheless, I combined all the files to make one document in
Word Format.
After I play with the formatting a bit more, I will post a link to the
file. Now it have it in 12 point Tahoma font.
If anyone needs larger, they should be able to change it easily.
It is about 124 K.
Some people may want to print it. It will be easier to read than using the
14 page web format.
Of course if you simply save the web pages, you will have 14 files unless
you know how to combine them. There are several ways to do that also.
