I haven't used it for parvo, but what I've done with Gatorade is use
the powdered form, and mix it into straight CS instead of water.
There is information I believe at the SilverPets list on CS for Parvo.
Parvaid, I think is one thing mentioned.
I also found mention of CS enemas curing Parvo in puppies, but no details.
