Try Atlantic spice in Massachusetts. I buy from there and the delivery is fast. It is less than five a pound and discounts for more. I also buy my cayenne from there and make my own capsules.

For instance I can buy stale organic nettle here in Canada for $30-80/lb. At mountain Rose I can also purchase organic and it still smelling fresh and green (but dried of course) for $9/lb. They do not have 'warehouse' stock herbs- ie. Herbs that sit around forever losing their medicinal value. Their customer service is also wonderful. Do you know of the best places to get all the ingredients? Also, I had a knot come up on my upper arm and wondering if a tumor and what would dissolve it and make it go away completely?? It has been there several years. Thanks, Leslie
