Yes, Chlorox 2 is an oxygen based bleach. It is much more gentle than the original Chlorox (chlorine) bleach. It contains Myristamine Oxide and hydrogen peroxide.

This is the first mention of Chlorox 2 though.

Saying that something is different because of what the label says, instead of what is inside the bottle is what the FDA does.
