Heres another co-incidence I noticed recently. 2 people I'm quite
close to who have been keen vegetarians for many years have been diagnosed with quite serious problems caused by (the doctors say) not having meat in their diet. In one case the problem is some kind of diabetes.
I suppose the doctors either don't know how to spell
"Amino Acids" or they have never heard of them. They likely gave a 10 second answer, and it should have been TEN minutes, That is, if they knew enough to talk for 10 minutes about anything.

Any vegetarian that is not addressing amino acids does now have a clue how the body functions.

I have taken amino acids for years, and I eat a little meat now and then.

Most vegetarians simply cannot get the balance of amino acids needed from the few handfuls of food they eat every day.
They need a few gallons at least.

Wild animals handle this problem with the plant diet by eating 100 or more different plants per day. And, they are not nearly as particular as a human. Within the last week, I tasted some fern that my daughter was pruning. It was so good, I think the leaves dried would make good tea. A also eat okra and filed peas raw.

If I have something raw, I will eat it, be it classified food or now.
I wish I could digest grass.

So, where does this leave us? A bit confused as usual, does it not?
Whey Protein has a variety of amino acids. Not sure if a 100 % vegetarian can eat that or not? Most of them need to learn to bend a little before they break.
