AND given that there has been such an assault on their systems (deworming, whatever for coccidia and changes in their diet <Innova in am/chicken necks in pm>) I'd say - STOP ALL excess stuff and put them on a simple raw diet - something more than chicken necks because that is waaaay too much bone-to-meat ratio (they need something more solid to firm up their stool)...
You don't say where you are located, but there are a lot of excellent suppliers of raw food....just ensure that you get something that has bone included (ie. chicken WITH ground bone, or beef with bone ground in, etc.) and give that to them morning and night.
