Thanks Ode! No one else responded and the appointment is in an hour. I started drinking it last night about 1/4 cup each time once before dinner, after dinner, and this morning after breakfast. It upset my stomach, gave me cramps in legs and intestines and even changed my heart rate. I must have drank too much for my system. Wish I had just rinsed my mouth with it. I called Sota where I bought the device that makes the water and she said to drink a glass a day for the next few days! I didn't want to take antibiotics and the dentist prefers that I do because of heart murmur. Jess
