For myself, it was mostly a coconut smell, but others on a sauna groups said
they could recognise the smell of chemicals they had been exposed to at a
certain point once they had been eliminating sweat for a while. The towels
would just reek of them. I guess those were stored at a deeper level, and
after things got flowing, the body was able to eliminate stuff it had stored
in the fatty tissues.

"Normal" body odour seems to have disappeared now I am using coconut milk; I
already reported how when I stopped it for a few days and used dairy
products the underarms suddenly changed what they were pumping out. (this
not to do with sauna, just normal summer stuff back in the hot Aussie
weather).

I understand that a hot bath also makes one sweat - one doesn't notice it in
the water, but when your face sweats in the hot bath, you are sweating.

Thanks Rowena, Whenever you would have odors, would this be clearing the
toxins out? Wonder how one would tell if from the toxins or perhaps a bigger
problem? I was told that excessive bacteria would cause body odor, so it
would seem CS would help kill the excess off and acidolphis would help
replace the good bacteria?? A sauna is out of the question in this area;
definitely a luxury. LOL
