Locally produced is always best, IF... and I repeat, IF... you are certain that it is truly raw (not processed with heat greater than is normal for a hot day in your area), and is not contaminated (either from poor handling methods or poisoned pollination sources).
The only commercially available brands that I know of that are truly raw are 'Really Raw', and YS Organics. I prefer YS Organics, but either will do...
I can buy both at my local Harry's/Whole Foods, but they are also available online (Google is your friend)...
