I have purchased Iodine [organically bound] here in Canada put out by
"Trophic" which is taken one [1] drop in water daily.Each drop has 0.25 mgs
of same.
Until I was able to get this,I would use regular Iodine and paint an area
approx. 1" x 1" on my abdomen at night.If it was gone by morning,then it
told me I needed it.If there was some still there in the AM,I held off that
night.
